SHIPPING LOCATIONS
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Denmark and we generally deliver to countries in the European Union and surrounding area. For shipping to other countries, please visit our other site, omroller.com.

The shipping address must be a physical address and not a post office box. The delivery price and method of delivery are calculated in the shopping cart when you enter your country. Please read the following information on our shipping policy.

If shipping options are unavailable for your country, or you think there may be an error with the shipping calculations, please contact us prior to ordering.

HANDLING TIME
We typically ship orders within 14 days after receiving an order unless otherwise indicated. Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with the package tracking information.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER €75 FOR SOME COUNTRIES
We ship from Denmark and offer free shipping to certain countries for orders over €75. Delivery is typically 2 to 7 days once shipped.

IMPORT DUTIES
Except for USA, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages.  Not all countries charge import duty. The following details may apply to you when calculating duties for your country: HS Code 9506910030 “Exercise Foam Roller” for item name and “Denmark” as the origin shipping country, while product origin is “Thailand”.

For shipping to USA, all import duties and fees are included in the total price at checkout and is delivered to you duty paid.

PACKAGING
Each order is packaged by hand, wrapped in packing paper and shipped in a cardboard box. Each roller package includes a removable product information collar.
